About the role
We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our Founder and help build our operations from the ground up in Business Bay, Dubai. You will act as a central pillar for the business, handling administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting sales, leasing, and executive teams to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate document collection for compliant property listings and optimise listings on portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
- Set‑up, refine and manage CRM systems for data entry and lead distribution.
- Provide executive support to the Founder, managing schedules, professional email correspondence and daily workflows.
- Assist sales and leasing teams with day‑to‑day administrative functions and agent onboarding.
- Handle Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA registrations, Ejari processing, Trakheesi permits and related forms.
- Liaise with developers, RERA, DLD, MOHRE and PROs to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Support employee authorisations, salary/commission documentation and contract management in line with UAE Labour Law.
- Standardise SOPs, coordinate office facilities, utilities and maintain accurate records of contracts, invoicing and disbursements.
- Manage the agency’s social media presence, create basic graphics with Canva, write property captions and schedule posts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–4 years of administrative experience within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA or equivalent preferred).
- Strong familiarity with DLD, RERA, Ejari, Trakheesi and UAE compliance norms.
