Real Estate Agent – Dubai (Full‑time)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing brokerage in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay district as a Real Estate Agent. You will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering a high level of service and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and targeted marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare presentations and showcase listings.
• Negotiate offers, close transactions and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing and regulatory changes in Dubai.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of satisfied clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real‑estate market is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and RERA certification (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
