Real Estate Agent

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will work on‑site in Dubai, managing the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties. You will prospect clients, conduct viewings, present investment opportunities and negotiate offers while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, schedule property viewings and present opportunities to clients.
• Manage the complete sales process, including negotiations, contract preparation and closing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and real‑property regulations.
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships and represent MARE Properties professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong understanding of real‑property regulations and market dynamics in Dubai.
• Proven sales abilities including lead generation, negotiation and pipeline management.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms.
