Real Estate Agent – Multilingual (European languages)

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Real Estate Agent to assist European‑speaking clients with buying, selling and investing in Abu Dhabi’s property market. The role involves guiding clients through luxury listings, investment opportunities and the UAE’s Golden Visa programme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist European‑language clients in property transactions, from viewings to closing.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, luxury properties and investment options.
• Navigate UAE real‑estate regulations, including Golden Visa eligibility.
• Negotiate terms and manage the full transaction process.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Implement marketing strategies targeting European audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams and internal departments to optimise client experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and proficient English.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real‑estate market and key neighbourhoods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of UAE property laws and investment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• UAE driving licence and access to transportation – a plus.
• Valid UAE real‑estate licence – a plus.
