Real Estate Agent – Property Marketing & Sales

About the role

Salsabeel Holding Building Contracting is seeking a Real Estate Agent to drive property marketing, client engagement, and transaction coordination across Ajman and the wider UAE market. The role involves building relationships with prospective buyers and tenants, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable residential or commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new property sales and leasing opportunities through approved channels.
• Conduct client consultations, arrange property viewings, and provide accurate information on available properties.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations, comparative analyses, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain organized records of leads, viewings, follow‑ups, and transaction progress.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, legal representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor local market activity, pricing trends, and competing listings.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate, qualify, and follow up real‑estate leads.
• Strong knowledge of property sales and leasing processes in Ajman or the UAE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with confidence conducting property viewings.
• Accurate record‑keeping and effective use of CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong follow‑up, time‑management, organization, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with construction, development, and administrative teams.
• Professional conduct, integrity, persistence, and awareness of property documentation requirements.
