Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial Sales in Dubai

About the role

Banke International Properties is expanding its Residential Sales & Commercial Division in Dubai and seeks motivated consultants to handle leasing and sales across office, retail, and industrial assets. The role offers a performance‑based environment with high earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Close residential or commercial deals.
• Advise UAE and international investors and end‑users.
• Manage leads via Bayut, Property Finder and in‑house CRM systems.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
• Prepare proposals and market comparisons.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Develop a personal brand in Dubai real estate.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends.

Required profile

• 1–4+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong negotiation and client‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• CRM systems (Bayut, Property Finder)
