Real Estate Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

Golden Key Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads through calls, networking, and marketing platforms.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Negotiate property deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Stay updated with Dubai real‑estate market trends and property regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, clients, and transactions.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and/or Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
