Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market

About the role

NUVÉ Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division and seeks experienced Real Estate Agents to grow listings, close resale transactions and build a career in the UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage buyers and sellers from initial enquiry through qualification, property viewings, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain your own pipeline, generate new listings, follow up consistently with clients and stay informed on community pricing and market trends.
• Collaborate with listing, conveyancing and operations teams to ensure efficient transaction completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real‑estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market.
• Proven track record in resale transactions, client handling, negotiation and closing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property pricing.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English (additional languages a plus).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a performance‑based sales environment.
