Real Estate Analyst (Dubai)

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join its Dubai office. You will support the expansion of smart‑kitchen facilities by identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable properties across the UAE. The role combines market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder coordination to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authorities.
• Negotiate lease terms and clear regulatory requirements for viable sites.
• Conduct market research and analyse real‑estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments.
• Assist in creating investment memorandums, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting UAE real estate.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate real‑estate databases and align sourcing strategy with the Acquisitions Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate properties from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team environment.
