About the role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our Dubai office and drive property sales in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property valuations and organise viewings for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Generate new business through networking, leads and proactive outreach.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and ambition.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Confident communicator with a professional appearance.
- Resilient, target‑driven and proactive.
- Valid driving licence.
