Real Estate Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are a leading real‑estate brokerage located in API World Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, looking for energetic individuals to start a career in property sales. No prior real‑estate experience is required – we will train you from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and understand the needs of buyers, sellers and tenants across Dubai.
• Show properties ranging from downtown apartments to suburban villas.
• Learn to price, list and market properties using our tools and techniques.
• Handle viewings, follow‑ups and negotiations.
• Maintain an organised pipeline and keep clients updated.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English communication (additional languages a plus).
• Motivation to hear “no” and keep persisting.
• Based in the UAE and ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools.
• Comfort using social‑media platforms for marketing.
