Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sister real‑estate company in Dubai. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
• Assist clients with property transactions, including viewings, negotiations, and contract finalisation.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
• Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and Dubai real‑estate procedures.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real‑estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and real‑estate processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
