Real Estate Telecaller Executive – Dubai

About the role

As a Real Estate Telecaller Executive you will join a fast‑paced team that promotes Dubai’s residential and commercial projects. You will receive full training on our property portfolio and sales methodology, enabling you to engage prospects confidently over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls daily using CRM data, scraped leads or portal inquiries.
• Pitch off‑plan launches and secondary‑market listings to potential investors.
• Qualify leads by budget, investment timeline and residency status.
• Schedule physical or virtual appointments for senior sales agents.
• Maintain CRM hygiene by logging outcomes and setting follow‑up reminders.
• Monitor basic market trends and developer updates (e.g., Emaar, Damac).

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in telemarketing, telesales or real‑estate lead generation (high‑energy freshers accepted).
• Must be physically present in Dubai with a valid visa.
• Fluent English mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, South‑Indian languages, Russian, French) are a plus.
• Resilience to cold‑calling rejection and strong active‑listening skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Ability to navigate and update CRM systems.
