Real Estate Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our Dubai office. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, presenting property options to prospective and existing clients and turning inquiries into confirmed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Present residential and commercial property features, pricing, payment plans and legal requirements.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market trends.
• Experience in sales or real‑estate development, with a focus on lead conversion and negotiation.
• Excellent telephone communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, sales or real estate is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office or similar basic office software.
