Receiving Officer

About the role

The Receiving Officer will join Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi’s pre‑opening team, ensuring that all goods arriving at the property meet the required standards of quantity, price and quality. This role is essential to delivering the seamless guest experience Four Seasons is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Check all incoming deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and food specifications.
• Verify that the type, amount, price and quality of items match the records.
• Record discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of received goods and update inventory records.
• Support the procurement and kitchen teams during the hotel’s pre‑opening phase.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
