Receptionist – Abu Dhabi Airport Business Park Hotel

About the role

Join Premier Inn Hotels at Abu Dhabi Airport Business Park and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers and answer telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Promote online guest feedback and explore improvement options.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence, email, filing and maintaining reception supplies.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety according to established safety procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, agile and capable of both independent and team work.
• Proactive, well‑organized and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
