About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist cum Admin to support a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai on a six‑month contract. Working the 12 PM‑8 PM shift, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, distributing them promptly.
- Oversee visitor management, including access control, badge issuance and reception duties.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document filing and record management.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Support office operations, projects and data entry across various systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures, including First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 + years experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong customer‑facing and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
