Receptionist – Customer Reception Host at Toyota Retail Aftersales

About the role

The Customer Reception Host is the first point of contact for visitors at Toyota Retail Aftersales. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to the right department, and support a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensure high satisfaction scores.
• Identify the purpose of each visit and direct guests to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with scheduled appointments, ensuring they reach the correct Service Advisor.
• Provide courteous farewells to departing customers.
• Report and escalate any complaints to the Reception Manager promptly.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
• Support reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable.
• Report health and safety issues that could affect customers or staff.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a customer‑service or front‑desk role.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to handle and appropriately escalate customer complaints.
• Proficiency with scheduling and customer‑service software.
