About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warranty Executive to join our automotive aftersales team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with a possible extension based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Review, validate and submit automotive warranty claims accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive warranty records and documentation.
- Ensure all claims comply with manufacturer policies and guidelines.
- Reconcile rejected claims and handle manufacturer queries efficiently.
- Utilise Excel to track claim statuses and compile financial reports.
- Collaborate closely with workshop technicians and service advisors.
Required profile
- University graduate degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in automotive aftersales service operations.
- Solid understanding of automotive technical terms and warranty processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
