About the role
We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Receptionist to join a growing real‑estate company in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors and business partners, ensuring a welcoming and professional front‑office experience while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors and business partners in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or agents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and coordinate property viewings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document handling and office coordination.
- Assist sales and leasing teams with client coordination and documentation.
- Handle courier services, office supplies and general front‑desk operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front‑desk representative or customer‑service professional, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
