Recreation Assistant

About the role

The Recreation Assistant supports guests in enjoying a safe and enjoyable leisure environment at our Dubai facility. You will welcome visitors, provide information on activities, and help create a relaxed atmosphere for all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote facility rules, safety procedures and respond to emergencies according to local protocols.
• Maintain and clean recreation equipment and supplies.
• Process payments for rentals, activities and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a friendly, service‑oriented attitude is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg unaided and up to 50 kg with assistance.
• Willingness to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Required skills

• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems and basic computer operations.
