Recreation Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

Join the Al Forsan International Sports Resort team as a Recreation Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a fun and safe recreational experience. You will promote a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests through available activities, and ensure all safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Provide information on facilities, rules, and safety procedures.
• Monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and report incidents.
• Maintain and clean recreation equipment and supplies.
• Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
• Deliver professional guest service, including assistance for guests with disabilities.
• Use telephone etiquette and clear communication at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and uphold a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Ability to observe and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Strong attention to safety and welfare of guests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
