Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across the organisation, from sales assistants to junior head‑office roles. The role also supports internal mobility, promotions, and part‑time staffing while ensuring compliance with Emiratization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level roles, including advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and external recruitment partners.
• Update job postings weekly on the company website and job portals.
• Administer psychometric tests, manage test credits and record results.
• Prepare offer letters, collect pre‑employment documents and liaise with PR for visas and work permits.
• Coordinate onboarding activities such as medical appointments, bank card creation, insurance documentation and asset requisition.
• Maintain the manpower budget, requisition forms and weekly recruitment status reports.
• Handle internal transfers, promotions and relocation allowances, ensuring accurate HR system and payroll updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level positions.
• Familiarity with UAE nationals recruitment and Emiratization objectives.
• Experience administering psychometric assessments and handling visa/work‑permit processes.
• Strong organisational skills for onboarding, documentation and budget tracking.
