Recruiter – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

Land Sterling, a leading real‑estate advisory firm in the UAE, is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its Dubai office. The role will manage the full talent‑acquisition cycle, ensuring the company attracts high‑quality candidates for its growing portfolio of real‑estate and corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for all internal job requisitions.
• Source, evaluate and shortlist candidates using specialised talent platforms and databases.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update recruitment documentation.
• Build and nurture proactive candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Open to junior, entry‑level or experienced recruiters who are based in Dubai.
• Availability to start within two weeks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
