About the role

Join the iconic House of AMOUAGE and help shape its talent landscape. We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, driving the attraction of exceptional individuals who embody the spirit, craftsmanship and excellence of our luxury fragrance brand.

Key responsibilities

Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across international operations.
Source and engage high‑quality candidates through proactive outreach.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Support employer branding initiatives and create a memorable candidate experience.
Ensure onboarding requirements are in place for new hires.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Experience in fashion, luxury or retail is a plus.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Proactive, curious and people‑focused mindset.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
