About the role
Join the iconic House of AMOUAGE and help shape its talent landscape. We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, driving the attraction of exceptional individuals who embody the spirit, craftsmanship and excellence of our luxury fragrance brand.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across international operations.
- Source and engage high‑quality candidates through proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and create a memorable candidate experience.
- Ensure onboarding requirements are in place for new hires.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Experience in fashion, luxury or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Proactive, curious and people‑focused mindset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
