Recruitment Consultant – IT & Non-IT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both IT and non‑IT positions at our Dubai office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across a variety of functions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Allocate approximately 60% of effort to IT recruitment and 40% to non‑IT recruitment (business, engineering, finance, sales, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and an ATS to source and track candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and salary negotiations.
• Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Strong background in IT recruitment; exposure to non‑IT recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and client‑focused.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
