Recruitment Delivery Consultant – High‑Value Agency Mandates

About the role

We are seeking an Agency‑trained Recruitment Delivery Consultant to lead high‑value mandates for our clients in Dubai. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring outcomes that align with business‑critical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Transform briefs into comprehensive search strategies, including role calibration, target company identification, talent pool mapping and outreach plans.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for executive, specialist and business‑critical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, availability and realistic timelines to hiring managers.
• Build defensible shortlists using structured screening, competency‑based assessment and clear candidate narratives.
• Manage the complete candidate journey: headhunting, engagement, interview preparation, offer negotiation, reference checks and onboarding support.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience while meeting speed and quality targets.
• Report on pipeline health, conversion ratios, time‑to‑fill and ensure ATS/CRM data hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a track record of delivering senior, specialist or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience handling high‑level mandates for Directors, VPs, C‑suite and senior hiring managers.
• Strong head‑hunting, passive sourcing and talent‑pipelining capabilities.
• Consulting mindset – able to challenge briefs, advise on trade‑offs and align stakeholders with market realities.
• High attention to detail, process discipline and commercial urgency.
