Regional Broadband Sales Manager MEA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Regional Broadband Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Mobile Broadband and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) business across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will develop strategic relationships with leading telecom operators and drive opportunities from concept to commercial deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for 4G/5G CPE, Mobile Wi‑Fi, FWA and related broadband products.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with major operators across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Africa.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and design‑in to certification, negotiation and deployment.
• Develop group‑level opportunities with operators such as STC, Zain, e&, Ooredoo, Du, MTN, Airtel Africa, Vodacom and Orange.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, supply‑chain and marketing teams to ensure successful customer launches.
• Drive achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of telecom/technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct Mobile Network Operator (MNO) account management.
• Preferable experience in MBB/CPE/FWA sales.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G, FWA, CPE and Mobile Broadband technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in telecom operator projects, covering RFQ/RFP, product introduction, testing/certification, commercial negotiation and mass deployment.
• Proven track record in new‑business development and strategic account management.
• Established relationships with operators in Saudi Arabia/GCC are strongly preferred; experience across Africa is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region; fluent English required, Arabic and/or French a plus.
