Regional Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Delivery Manager to lead and optimise delivery operations across Dubai. The role will ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of apparel products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for delivery routes, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of delivery personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Analyse delivery processes, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and logistics teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction, and report findings to senior management.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior capacity.
• Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with Logistics Management Systems (LMS).
