Regional Head of Talent Agency

About the role

We are an influencer marketing and talent management business with an exclusive roster of UAE‑based creators across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel and entertainment. The roster is already in place; this role focuses on scaling it by deepening creator careers, increasing commercial yield per talent, and building the systems and team needed for the next growth stage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full exclusive roster – define career strategy, positioning, content direction and long‑term growth plans for each creator.
• Lead commercial growth – manage agency P&L, set revenue targets, negotiate fees, usage rights and long‑term ambassadorships.
• Integrate and expand the roster – transfer existing exclusive talent, merge with current creators and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Oversee compliance – ensure all campaigns meet UAE Media Council regulations and cultural standards.
• Build and lead the talent team – hire, coach and develop Talent Managers and Executives, and establish deal‑flow and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Currently manage an exclusive roster of UAE or GCC creators and can transfer them without contractual barriers.
• 8+ years in talent management, influencer marketing or related media, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Proven record of growing creators’ commercial earnings and owning revenue targets or a P&L.
• Strong network with UAE/GCC brands, media agencies and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.

• Deep understanding of platform trends, content formats, analytics and audience data.
• Clear leader who builds structure, coaches people and maintains high standards.
• Culturally aware with sound judgment on region‑appropriate content.
