Events & Activations Coordinator

About the role

Pet Watch is seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Events & Activations Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end event planning and high‑impact brand activation campaigns across Dubai. You will create memorable experiences that connect pet owners with our platform and drive community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets and logistics.
• Source and manage vendors, venues, AV, transport and branding materials.
• Develop and deliver pop‑ups, launches and experiential campaigns that align with the brand.
• Engage pet owners at events, explain the platform and convert interest into sign‑ups.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative and sitter teams to align event goals.
• Handle permits, contracts, sponsor relationships and external stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee on‑site setup, staff, volunteers and ensure safety and venue compliance.
• Track attendance, leads and ROI; produce post‑event reports with recommendations.
• Maintain event records, process invoices and manage budgets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in events, activations or experiential marketing, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of Dubai event permits and venue requirements.
• Strong organisational and budget discipline with a hands‑on approach.
• Comfortable with early setups, full‑day on‑site work and weekend events.
• Passion for pets and a genuine love of animals is a plus.
