Regional Inventory & Supply Planner – MENA

About the role

Join MBRF, the regional arm of BRF Group, as a Regional Inventory & Supply Planner for the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will oversee inventory planning and replenishment across multiple markets, ensuring product availability while optimizing working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern regional inventory management and replenishment policies for all MENA markets.
• Monitor inventory levels, balance stock health, and minimize excess or obsolescence.
• Lead performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and standardise planning processes across markets.
• Track KPIs and translate data insights into actionable decisions that boost service levels and inventory productivity.
• Act as the primary liaison between Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and local market teams.
• Ensure compliance with BRF’s Sustainability Plan and ESG commitments in daily planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, KPI management or data analytics.
• Experience with inventory optimisation, service‑level management and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Basic financial understanding (P&L, accounting) and strong analytical abilities.
• MBA, Master’s in Supply Chain, APICS CPIM/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma certification are strong advantages.
