About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Regional IT Support & Operations Engineer to provide onsite IT support in the UAE and remote support across the GCC. The role involves supporting end‑users, managing IT assets and participating in regional IT projects and technology rollouts.

Required profile

2–4 years of IT Desktop / End‑User Support experience
Experience with endpoint and IT asset management
Exposure to IT procurement, purchase orders and vendor coordination
Practical exposure to IT OPEX/CAPEX, budgeting and forecasting
Ability to support regional IT projects, deployments and technology rollouts
