Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead full‑funnel marketing activities across multiple countries in the region, translating global brand and commercial priorities into locally relevant campaigns that drive demand and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid (digital & offline), owned and earned channels for the region.
• Develop and implement Country Execution Plans, adapting global and regional strategies to each market.
• Incorporate local market dynamics, customer behavior, cultural nuances and competitive insights into campaign planning.
• Partner with Revenue & Commercial teams to support route launches, network changes and seasonal initiatives.
• Coordinate with global marketing, brand and sponsorship teams to ensure consistent brand expression.
• Serve as the primary regional marketing contact, managing inputs from global teams and external partners.
• Lead external agency partners, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
• Manage the regional marketing budget end‑to‑end, tracking allocation and optimizing spend.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance using data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in regional or multi‑country roles within aviation.
• Strong creative flair with the ability to inspire and manage creative output.
• Proven ability to balance commercial objectives, performance metrics and ROI.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative approach to delivery.
