About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will design and execute sales strategies that align with corporate objectives across a defined geographic area. This role focuses on expanding market share in the manufacturing sector, particularly within foodservice channels, while building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans, set annual, quarterly and monthly targets, and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability and secure long‑term agreements.
  • Lead and coach the regional sales team, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
  • Maintain regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure product availability, credit management, and tailored promotional campaigns.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, catering or manufacturing channels.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
