Regional Service Leader – Head of Service (Middle East)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Service Leader / Head of Service to oversee the delivery of engineering‑focused services across the Middle East. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the business owner of the service organisation, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional service organisation, managing contracts, SLAs and KPIs to guarantee uptime, response times and safety compliance.
• Drive customer governance through executive stakeholder management, quarterly business reviews and escalation handling.
• Apply programme‑style execution: plan resources, manage risks, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Own commercial performance – budgeting, cost control, productivity, profitability and cost‑to‑serve optimisation.
• Grow the portfolio by securing renewals, upselling services and expanding accounts based on delivery credibility.
• Build, coach and develop managers and field teams, establishing high‑performance standards and culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in service, field service, aftermarket or engineering operations within mission‑critical environments.
• Strong engineering or technical background that commands credibility with engineers and customer technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex service contracts, SLAs, KPIs and governance processes.
• Programme‑manager mindset with expertise in planning, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Commercial ownership experience, including budget responsibility and margin optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder influence across sales, finance, programmes and operations.

Required skills

• Engineering/technical knowledge relevant to critical infrastructure services.
