Project Specialist – Electronic Warfare

About the role

The Project Specialist (Electronic Warfare) will plan, coordinate and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders in the defence and aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements, and develop detailed project plans aligned with business goals.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, report variances and implement corrective actions.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase requisition tracking and vendor coordination.
• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure key milestones are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined standards, conduct quality reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing technical or engineering projects, preferably in defence, aerospace, communications, radar or electronic warfare.
• Working knowledge of RF systems and electronic warfare concepts sufficient to communicate with engineering teams.
