Regional Training Instructor - MEA

About the role

CHANGAN Automobile is looking for a MEA Local Training Instructor to support its distributor network across the Middle East and Africa region, with a focus on sales and product training. The instructor delivers localized training, adapts materials to local market needs and monitors training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in-person dealership training, centralized sessions and online programs on sales and product knowledge for MEA distributors
• Manage the full training lifecycle: pre-training needs identification and logistics, during-training attendance tracking and written/practical assessments, post-training feedback and reports
• Localize, translate and adapt training materials into English and Arabic, aligned with local practices and regulations
• Maintain training records and databases, submit regular reports and share best practices and case studies
• Work with the Chinese training team and distributor management to improve courses and implement the annual training plan
• Organize specialized training for new product launches and campaigns, and take part in distributor capability reviews

Required profile

• In-depth knowledge of the MEA automotive market, dealership models and local business cultures
• Fluent English and Arabic, able to write and proofread bilingual materials
• At least 5 years of training or lecturing experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record in passenger vehicle product, sales process and after-sales SOP training
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region
• Preferred: experience with international or Chinese OEMs, automotive technical or TTT certification, and experience building distributor training systems
