Regional Vice President - UAE

About the role

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Regional Vice President to lead the performance, transformation and growth of its hotel portfolio across the UAE. The role oversees owned, leased and managed hotels and works closely with General Managers, corporate functions, ownership groups and executive leadership to drive business performance, profitability and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, market share and commercial performance, and maximise profitability through GOP, EBITDA and operating cost management
• Lead budget, forecasting and business performance reviews so hotels meet and exceed financial targets
• Ensure consistent brand standards, guest satisfaction and quality assurance across all properties
• Implement corporate strategies and brand initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Lead business transformation, turnaround and performance improvement initiatives, and share best practices across properties
• Develop General Managers and senior hotel leadership, strengthen succession planning and build a results-driven culture
• Partner with corporate leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous experience as an Area Director, Cluster General Manager, Regional Director or equivalent multi-property leadership position
• Proven experience managing complex hotel portfolios across different ownership and operating models
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
• Experience working with hotel owners, asset managers and executive leadership
