Registered Midwife for Corporate Office

About the role

The Corporate Office of Alert HR Solutions is seeking a Registered Midwife to deliver comprehensive maternal and newborn care. The role combines clinical expertise with health education, supporting families across hospital, community and home settings in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, assess and evaluate individualized care programs for pregnant women.
• Provide parenting and health education sessions.
• Deliver full antenatal care, including screening tests in hospital, community and home environments.
• Identify high‑risk pregnancies and refer to doctors or specialists.
• Monitor and examine women throughout pregnancy.
• Offer counselling before and after screening and diagnostic tests.
• Support families after miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, neonatal abnormality or death.
• Supervise labour, monitor fetal condition and manage pain and medication.
• Advise on newborn care, including breastfeeding, bathing and feeding.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years clinical midwifery experience in a hospital, with at least 5 years in a delivery room.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Midwifery.
• HAAD licence or eligibility letter highly preferred.
