Registered Nurse – Dermatology OPD

About the role

The Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Dermatology Out‑patient Department (OPD). The role involves delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to patients while supporting the hospital’s nursing vision, mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, identify and monitor patients' needs, develop and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Record vital signs, recognise abnormalities and escalate as required.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound‑care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Facilitate safe patient admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans and self‑care.
• Maintain and update clinical skills, including life‑support certifications.

Required profile

• Valid licence to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Appropriate nursing qualifications and experience as mandated by the regulatory body.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to the NMC Nursing Vision, Mission and Values.
