Registered Nurse – HealthHub Clinic (Al Barsha)

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join its busy multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai. You will support physicians across several specialties, deliver safe patient‑centred care, and contribute to health promotion activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in a busy outpatient setting, supporting physicians during consultations, examinations and procedures.
• Monitor and record patient observations, vital signs and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Provide chronic disease management, follow‑up care and health education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑control standards and patient‑safety protocols.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in outpatient, primary‑care or multidisciplinary clinic settings.
• Strong patient‑assessment and clinical support skills, excellent communication in English and a professional, compassionate approach.
• Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is highly preferred, as is previous UAE healthcare experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer literacy for clinical documentation and data entry.
