About the role
Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is seeking a presentable, energetic, and organized Reception & HR Intern to support front‑desk, HR, and administrative operations. This internship offers practical experience in a professional healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients, manage front‑desk activities, answer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with patient registration, administrative documentation, and record‑keeping.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee file management, attendance tracking, onboarding, and interview scheduling.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to management and maintain confidentiality of all information.
Required profile
- Own valid UAE visa.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Strong English communication and a professional, presentable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer‑service orientation.
- Immediate availability and convenient access to Al Barsha, Dubai.
Required skills
- Good computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
