Registered Nurse - Homecare

About the role

The Registered Nurse will deliver comprehensive homecare services, acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, and families while ensuring high‑quality clinical documentation and personalized nursing care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clinical and progress notes and coordinate services.
• Monitor and record vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and report abnormal values to physicians.
• Provide specialized care for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, pacemaker, peritoneal dialysis, ventilator, and various neurological or chronic conditions.
• Assist newborns, pre‑ and post‑partum mothers, and physically challenged clients at home or educational facilities.
• Support clients with ambulation, simple exercises, and accompany them to social gatherings or medical appointments.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years of RN experience, preferably in homecare or critical care settings.
• Current valid nursing registration and eligibility for UAE licensing (DOH/DHA/MOH).
• Active Basic Life Support training and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and relevant pediatric or critical‑care qualifications.
