About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care, aligning with NMC Healthcare’s mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Uphold NMC Nursing Strategy and deliver care that prioritises patient safety and wellbeing.
Provide support across different departments when required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a learning culture.

Required profile

Valid licence to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory authority.
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to manage personal professional re‑licensure.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Willingness to work flexibly across departments.
