We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care, aligning with NMC Healthcare’s mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Uphold NMC Nursing Strategy and deliver care that prioritises patient safety and wellbeing.
• Provide support across different departments when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a learning culture.

Required profile

• Valid licence to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory authority.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to manage personal professional re‑licensure.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexibly across departments.
