Registered Nurse – Maternity Ward (Emirati)

About the role

The Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is seeking an Emirati Registered Nurse to join its Maternity Ward. You will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Foster positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
• Support learning and competence development by supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff and learners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse experience, preferably with an interest in maternity care.
• Willingness to work in the Maternity Ward.
• Preference given to Emirati candidates in accordance with UAE Emiratization policies.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language proficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
