Registered Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

The Cosmesurge Delma Emirates Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced clinical environment. You will work closely with physicians and allied health professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, including education and emotional support.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans with the interprofessional team.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Deliver wound care, prepare patients for examinations and assist in medical procedures.
• Execute essential life‑support interventions such as BLS, PALS, ACLS and Neonatal Resuscitation.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge processes.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Willingness to work across multiple departments as needed.
• Commitment to maintain professional re‑licensure and ongoing clinical competence.
