Registered Nurse – Quality Control & Compliance

About the role

Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC) is a multidisciplinary healthcare provider operating clinics in Dubai, JLT and Abu Dhabi, bringing together physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports medicine specialists and allied health professionals. This is a dual-function role for a clinically experienced nurse who also brings strong quality control and compliance expertise, supporting the team in maintaining high standards of patient care, infection control and regulatory adherence across the Abu Dhabi clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority regulations
• Oversee infection control protocols and their implementation across clinic sites
• Maintain and optimise electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation standards
• Support clinical governance processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Provide high-quality patient-facing nursing care in a sports and musculoskeletal clinical environment
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to uphold the clinic's clinical standards

Required profile

• DHA-registered nurse (license status must be stated in the application)
• Minimum BSc in Nursing with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated experience in quality control, clinical audits and health regulation compliance
• Infection control knowledge and practical implementation experience
• BLS certification
